About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, developing care plans that cater to their physical and mental needs. Your strong clinical knowledge and teaching skills will enable you to mentor and supervise your team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You should have a strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards.

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual who can lead by example, with excellent communication skills and a can-do approach. Your ability to produce high-quality care plans and detailed risk assessments will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
