About the Role

Homecarers Liverpool is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Review Officer to join our team due to an increased demand for our services. As a leading provider of Adult Social Care in the Liverpool City Region, we offer a rewarding work environment with a great work-life balance and no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance documents are completed and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create care plans with new service users and their families, identifying their needs and setting goals.
  • Identify training needs across the company and provide coaching when necessary.
  • Maintain CQC standards through regular spot checks and monitoring of medication management using the MARS system.
  • Provide care cover in emergency situations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, as well as effective communication across the company.
  • Liaise with Care Coordinators to complete risk assessments and RIDDOR reports as needed.
  • Attend customer reviews and maintain clear communication with families.

Essential Skills:
