Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Euro Car Parts Ltd. As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing a large team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Branch Manager to motivate and lead the sales team, ensuring they meet sales and operations KPIs.
- Manage sales, resource, and customer service within the branch, ensuring a balanced performance and compliance with branch standards.
- As part of the management team, you will have supervisory responsibilities to help deliver a great performance across key business measures and in line with the Company's core values.
- Ensure the branch is fully compliant with branch standards, maintaining a balanced performance.
- Have an enthusiastic willingness to be involved in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognizing our people as our most valuable asset.
- Support external recruitment and inductions to ensure they are right first time, as well as internal development, identifying and developing existing talent within the business.
- Promote a customer-focused mindset, ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do.
- Experience in leadership, motivating, and driving your own sales team.
- Great communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Sales experience.
- Proven track record of accomplishments in managing key accounts, demonstrating the ability to establish, build, and maintain these.
