About the Role:
We are working with a reputable construction contractor who is seeking a skilled Working Foreman to join their team in the Gloucester area. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity where you will initially work on a freelance basis with the potential to secure a permanent position in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
