Job Title: Working Site Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site-based teams and delivering projects across various sectors, including water, wastewater, utilities, and MEICA. The ideal candidate will have experience in project delivery, team management, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, programme, and deliver contracts in accordance with company policy.
  2. Take responsibility for assigned projects, including review of estimates and designs to ensure buildability.
  3. Ensure HSEQ plans and RAMS are prepared for contracts.
  4. Attend regular meetings with the project team to provide progress reports.
  5. Ensure commercial teams are provided with relevant information for contract variations and final accounts submissions.
  6. Assist the business in meeting financial targets.
  7. Help manage suppliers and sub-contractors to improve safety, performance, and profit.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in project delivery and team management.
  2. Technical expertise in water, wastewater, utilities, or MEICA sectors.
  3. Ability to correspond and negotiate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and colleagues.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions.
