Job Opportunity: Custody Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Custody Support Worker to join our team at Seetec Group Ltd. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in the criminal justice sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and reintegrate into their communities.
  • Collaborate with volunteer peer mentors and/or mentors to ensure effective case management and coordination of risk.
  • Ensure timely notification of concerns regarding changes in individual risk to the Probation Service and adhere to systems, policies, and procedures to support the management of risk.
Requirements:
  • IAG Level 3 - desirable
  • Experience managing a caseload of participants - desirable
  • Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintaining computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner.
