As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in a correctional setting, helping them to reintegrate into their communities. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance and support to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Key aspects of the role include:

* Collaborating with volunteer peer mentors and/or mentors to manage your caseload effectively
* Providing individual and group interventions to support participants
* Ensuring effective case management and coordination of risk
* Meeting individual performance targets and contributing to team performance targets

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team performance targets

**Skills and Experience:**

* IAG Level 3 - desirable
* Experience managing a caseload of participants - desirable
* Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to motivate and sustain engagement of individuals
