Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated International Product Lead for Thorn Indoor. This pivotal role entails full business accountability for managing a portfolio of products within the Thorn Indoor lighting range.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing a global portfolio of luminaires throughout their complete life cycle, ensuring profitability at every stage.
  • Assessing and analyzing portfolio performance to inform investment decisions.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to identify technology trends, competitor activities, and customer needs relevant to our product families.
  • Employing advanced methodologies and tools for global product and competitor analysis to enhance our product offerings and drive innovation.
  • Recognizing customer requirements and technological advancements while developing competitive positioning strategies.
  • Formulating and articulating the product strategy for each family, including short, medium, and long-term roadmaps aligned with brand and application objectives.
  • Facilitating the execution of strategies and roadmaps in the market through collaborative efforts with sales and R&D teams.
Your Qualifications
  • A solid background in Product Management within the lighting sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, innovation management, business administration, marketing, or related disciplines.
  • A comprehensive understanding of how to develop, reposition, and manage a product portfolio for leading industry brands.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to assess current and future product requirements.
