Position Overview

Unique Homestays is seeking a skilled Content Creator to join our dedicated marketing team. This role requires a blend of creativity and commercial insight to produce engaging and compelling content that resonates with our audience while adhering to brand standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-driven, and possess a positive attitude. You should be enthusiastic and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines through effective prioritization. A genuine passion for luxury accommodations and travel will be beneficial. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in copywriting within a related sector, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional writing and grammatical abilities. Experience in editing and creative writing or journalism for online platforms is crucial. Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies will be a significant advantage.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A strong interest in and knowledge of exquisite properties and luxury travel.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar copywriting role.
  • A relevant undergraduate degree, ideally in English, journalism, media studies, or public relations.
  • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to fulfill content requirements as outlined in the content strategy.
  • Flexibility to adapt writing for various formats, including property listings, social media, blog posts, newsletters, etc.
  • Exceptional grammar, writing, and proofreading skills.
  • A commercially aware mindset while crafting inspiring content.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • A solid understanding of practical SEO, with experience in web content writing.
  • Experience in managing proactive and reactive communication strategies.
  • Knowledge of audience engagement through multiple communication channels, including websites and digital newsletters.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and efficiently manage workload to meet deadlines.

Role Details

  • This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Employees are entitled to 22 days of paid leave plus public holidays, along with a day off for their birthday.
  • Access to private health insurance is available.
  • The starting salary is competitive and based on experience.
  • Hybrid working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate, with a minimum of three days required at the office.
