About the Role:
We are proud to be partnering with a leading Social Housing provider to appoint a Development Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and be part of a major development project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development journey, including planning, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and financial appraisal.
- Support the identification of new development opportunities through site finding, S106 bidding, and working with the development team.
- Test the viability and deliverability of opportunities by undertaking site visits and reviewing scheme documentation.
- Manage the journey of the Grant Claim process and ensure records can withstand stringent audits.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with S106's, Land-led sites, and the full development journey.
- Strong level of financial literacy, commercial awareness, and understanding of how to develop a risk management framework.
- Experience in Social Housing and domestic development projects.
