About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to join our Business Change team at Alliance Homes Group.

As a key member of our team, you will support the Head of IT & Business Change in developing and delivering clear and concise reports for key governance meetings, taking responsibility for your own professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on successful delivery of projects through their entire lifecycle into Business as usual.
  • Develop project plans, manage budgets, and resource planning.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure they are on board and clear of their roles and time commitment.
  • Develop project plans and complete resource planning to support operational delivery.
  • Be accountable for project reporting accuracy, timelines, and quality.
About You

We are looking for someone who is a champion for change and solution-oriented, actively seeking out and identifying new ways of improving best practice, promoting a culture of delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You will have already experienced in delivery of large and complex business change projects, using different methodologies such as waterfall and agile.

You will be an exceptional communicator, with strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to plan, forecast, risk manage, and budget manage within a project.

You will also have a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE or APM PMQ.
