We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Woodlands Care Home, a luxury care home in Aberdeen offering Residential, Nursing & Dementia care for 81-residents.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced care team to deliver exceptional care and services.
  • Contribute to the creation of a supportive and fun environment for our residents and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year's experience working in a care capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10.
  • A Bank Contract with flexible day and night shifts available.
  • Uniform provided and PVG paid.
  • Onsite parking and a supportive work environment.
