At Boldyn Networks, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless financial operations, maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships, and contributing to the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely payment.
  • Resolve vendor issues promptly and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Handle full-cycle accounts receivable duties, including cash receipt analysis and application.
  • Process manual billings, obtain necessary authorizations, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Administer online banking operations, such as remote desktop deposit and lockbox deposit.
  • Assist in researching customer account discrepancies in collaboration with Property Management.
  • Conduct accounts receivable aging analysis and generate key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards and experience with large ERP systems.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Thorough understanding of accounts receivable and general ledger systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience in online banking administration (e.g., Wells Fargo or similar).

  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
