Project Manager Job Description

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Leiston, Suffolk. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the site delivery team and will manage water projects, ensuring safe and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of projects from enquiry to completion, ensuring successful handover.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to enhance the company's market position and seek new opportunities.
  • Lead by example in promoting safety, complying with Health & Safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and reporting incidents.
  • Support and manage site teams, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and project delivery.
  • Plan, sequence, and coordinate project activities, managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and milestones to prevent delays.
  • Oversee project budgets, costs, cash flows, and financial updates, ensuring maximum profit and compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Manage design consultants, chair project meetings, and produce reports on budget, progress, risks, safety, and quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance, address risk-related issues, and ensure environmental and heritage considerations throughout project phases.
Requirements:
  • Degree level educated (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in managing multiple/complex projects within the construction industry.
