Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at People Group Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a complex and innovative project that involves the construction of four cofferdams, installation of approximately 1000m of sheet piling, and drainage diversion works.

This project is a design and build project administered under an NEC option C contract. The project value is approximately £30M, and it is a highly complex and challenging in-land marine project that will ultimately protect a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage a team of engineers and contractors to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering marine/river/wet civil engineering projects as a number one, with values over £20M.
  • Familiarity with working under the NEC form of contract.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer:
