About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, such as swimming, gym sessions, and social events.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of disability support and person-centred approaches is desirable.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
