About the RoleThe Account Manager (AM) is a key member of the Sales team, responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments. This includes identifying commercial opportunities, managing account planning, and driving the execution of regional and local sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of annual strategic plans by providing business intelligence for accounts in scope.
- Understand account needs and expectations, and develop detailed account plans to support sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOLs, and decision-makers.
- Support clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities.
- Participate in negotiations and prepare administrative documents.
- Develop deal models and create IPAT.
- Timely reach out to customers and identify new sales opportunities.
