Service Director

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager to lead our Residential Respite Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. Located in Pwllheli, Gwynedd, our service supports adults aged 18-65, providing a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to thrive.

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support to our service users. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to ensure that our vision and values are upheld, and our service users receive the best possible care.

• Lead and manage a team of support staff to deliver exceptional care and support to service users.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
• Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient service operation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care.
• Previous experience as a deputy or service manager.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities.
• Computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft Office packages.
