Service Director

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Service Manager to lead our Residential Respite Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.

The successful candidate will have a caring nature and the ability to engage with the people they support, providing a high-quality service that enables individuals to live independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Support teams to deliver quality service to the people we support within their homes and in the community.
• Manage and build positive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring our vision and values are put into action.
• Work alongside the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to drive service excellence.

Requirements:

• QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care
• Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
• Must be resilient and have a flexible approach to work
• Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role
