Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Business Plans: Create and update our 30-year business plan, using advanced software tools to align performance with projections.

- Stress Testing and Risk Assessment: Conduct annual and ad-hoc stress tests to assess risks and develop recovery plans, ensuring the financial stability of our organization.
- Financial Planning and Decision-Making: Partner with departments to provide financial planning and decision-making support, ensuring that our business strategies are aligned with our financial goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare regulatory returns and assist with appraisals and contractor analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Enhance financial accuracy and processes, ensuring that our financial systems are efficient and effective.
- Fully Qualified Accountant: Hold a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Software Skills: Experience with MRI Housing Brixx, SDS Sequel, and ProVal (desirable).
- Data Analysis: Ability to manipulate data from various sources and perform advanced data analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial professionals.
