In response to a growing workload and company growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to become part of our dynamic recruitment and compliance team.


This role presents a wonderful opportunity to join a supportive and professional team, allowing you to develop a recruitment career within a forward-thinking organization known for its outstanding market presence, particularly in significant infrastructure initiatives.

We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.

Key Duties:
- Identifying and evaluating candidates for diverse labor positions across multiple sectors

- Developing and sustaining a robust candidate database

- Conducting interviews via phone and in-person with prospective candidates

- Organizing and coordinating interviews between candidates and employers

- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees

- Offering administrative assistance to the entire resourcing team

- Keeping accurate records of candidate interactions and job applications

Desired Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

- A proactive and enthusiastic work ethic

- Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team

- Previous experience in recruitment or a related area is advantageous but not mandatory
