The Opportunity
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Leisure Club Supervisor to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the daily operations of the leisure club, ensuring that our patrons enjoy an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily functions of the leisure club, which includes managing employee schedules, maintaining the club's cleanliness, and ensuring all equipment and facilities are operational.
- Leading and motivating staff members, fostering an engaging and productive work environment.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to guests and effectively resolving any issues or complaints.
- Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to attract new members.
- Conducting regular team meetings to keep staff informed about club policies and updates.
- Complying with health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both guests and staff.
- Supporting the recruitment and training processes for new team members.
- Providing performance reports to the Leisure Club Manager, highlighting club operations and guest feedback.
