About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Consultant to join our team at Sentinel, a leading tech recruitment agency. As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants and clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively support our 360 consultants by sourcing exceptional talent to place into mid-senior level positions.
  • Utilize all available tools and resources to identify and engage with top talent, including our internal CRM and job boards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and consultants.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
