Position Overview
In our Animal Sports division, we offer medication and doping control services tailored for the animal sports industry, serving various organizations.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Scientist to provide exceptional analytical chemistry services to our clients in the animal sports sector. This role involves planning and executing tasks such as sample extraction and detection, adhering to ISO17025 standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining scientific equipment, including mass spectrometers, interpreting analytical data, and presenting findings and conclusions. Flexibility and the ability to conduct additional analyses and investigations are essential.
We value a team player who demonstrates initiative and can provide fresh insights. Strong presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to engage with diverse partners and excellent interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and effective time management skills to ensure timely completion of objectives and tasks to a high standard. Operational awareness and the capacity to enhance output and efficiency are also important.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in biological or chemical sciences.
- Proficiency and experience in mass spectrometry, particularly GC-MS and LC-MS.
- Strong laboratory skills.
- Solid scientific knowledge with experience in chromatography and related techniques.
