About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Project Manager to lead our team of Retrofit Coordinators in overseeing the assessment of dwellings and the subsequent specification, monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Retrofit Coordinators in the assessment and implementation of energy efficiency measures.
  • Oversee the specification, monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures in accordance with PAS 2030 and MCS standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent PAS 2030 projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Installers, and their customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, Clients, and partners to resolve issues and identify system/process improvements.
  • Respond to customer and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Visit sites to review projects and advise Installers on an occasional basis.
  • Work with the business development team to identify new and suitable projects to tender for.
  • Be involved in the planning, development, and implementation of projects and schemes.
  • Advise, support, and review projects where the company takes a management role.
  • Develop and expand the Retrofit Coordinator team to support the contractor network.
Requirements
  • Qualified Retrofit Coordinator.
  • Experience in managing a team of retrofit professionals.
  • General responsibilities:

    • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
    • Develop and refine management information to increase transparency.
  • Strategic:
    • Actively involved in contributing insights to maintain the organisation at the forefront of knowledge.

    • Maintain a strong professional relationship with contractors and Clients.
    • Manage key stakeholder relationships to maintain and enhance the reputation of the organisation.
  • Work delivery:
    • Support with the delivery activity, from resource planning to management reporting.
    • Responsible for continuous service improvement and process developments.
  • General:
    • Comply with Client, contract, and company policies relating to customer service and equality.
    • Operate within the parameters of the company's ISO and other accreditations.
