About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding academic with a developing teaching and research profile, and a passion for and an experience of, innovative teaching in a variety of programmes at an undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Department Leadership Organisations & Behaviour at Henley Business School, one of the most dynamic and ambitious business schools in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and develop innovative teaching methods in personal development and organisational behaviour subjects
  • Contribute to the development of research and scholarly work in areas related to personal development and organisational behaviour
  • Supervise dissertations and provide academic tutoring to students
  • Work with cross-cultural teams and develop international collaborations
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials and resources
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant area
  • Emerging or proven track record of excellent teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Experience in dissertation supervision and academic tutoring
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Desirable Criteria
  • Teaching experience in pre and post-experience programmes
  • Experience and practice in areas related to people and personal development
  • Experience of working in international settings and with international student groups
