**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team in Exeter, Devon. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a range of environmental type engineering projects, producing quality work on time and to budget, and managing projects from design through to delivery. You will also mentor junior engineers and technicians, project manage commissions in accordance with our Quality Management System, and contract manage and administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be a point of liaison during construction and work closely with technicians on detailing work. You will maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Responsibilities**

* Deliver a range of environmental type engineering projects
* Produce quality work on time and to budget
* Manage projects from design through to delivery
* Mentor junior engineers and technicians
* Project manage commissions in accordance with our Quality Management System
* Contract management and administrative tasks
* Be a point of liaison during construction
* Work closely with technicians on detailing work
* Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders

**Requirements**

* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
* Knowledge of the water/environmental sector
* Chartership desirable but not essential
* Experience on EA or Water Authority projects desirable

Our offices are located outside of Exeter, Devon, with free parking on site.
