As a Residential Care Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of those we support. We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our residential service, fostering a supportive and friendly atmosphere with a dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to promote independence and positive outcomes for the individuals in our care. You will oversee the daily operations of the service, develop and implement personalized support plans, conduct assessments of care needs, recruit and train new staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

We are looking for a compassionate and energetic leader who is passionate about the care sector and committed to delivering exceptional support. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others, whether by empowering colleagues or helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

To excel in this position, you should possess previous experience as a registered manager in a care setting, be prepared to undertake registration with the relevant authorities, and hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors is also essential.
