About the Role:

Voyage Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Burnley. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans to meet the needs of individuals
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit and induct new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete quarterly audits and reports
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
