About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Executive to join our team at Blue Square. As a key member of our retail marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily management of our retail displays and digital execution activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and manage display compliance processes to ensure effective communication of issues and trends within our retail estate across the UK & Ireland.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present ideas, results, and outcomes of projects and trials to relevant stakeholders across the business, with a focus on the IM team and senior management.
  • Project Management: Generate and implement clear processes and timelines for dealing with a wide range of issues, prioritizing and escalating where appropriate.
  • Communication: Act as the main day-to-day contact for our maintenance partner, managing and reporting on the quality of service provided by the agency, and ensuring alignment of goals and objectives across the partnership.
  • Digital Execution and Data Analysis: Consistently identify opportunities to drive digital performance improvement by utilizing data and trends, field and internal team feedback, and the Retail Reporting and Insights team.
