We are seeking a sales-oriented individual to join our team at Love My Bike Shop.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in a retail environment and a passion for cycling.

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales on the shop floor, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Manage sales on the shop floor, including handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our business by identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall shop performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Passion for cycling and a good understanding of the cycling industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
