Job Title: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at EdEx. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our primary school.

About the Role:
  • Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, and Down Syndrome.
  • Assist with the management of the class, carry out interventions, and deliver programmes tailored to children's needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the inclusion team to support pupils and staff.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a SEN setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
