Key responsibilities for the Site Maintenance Coordinator position:

  • **Secure all buildings, offices, and classrooms as necessary**.
  • **Preserve the appearance of external areas, pathways, and roads**.
  • **Manage on-site waste and oversee skip rental**.
  • **Ensure proper maintenance of drains and plumbing to prevent blockages**.
  • **Dispose of waste following Health & Safety guidelines**.
  • **Regularly inspect and report the condition of windows, doors, lights, and fittings**.
  • **Assist with general maintenance and repairs while prioritizing health & safety**.
  • **Complete administrative tasks such as risk assessments, incident reports, and maintenance records**.
  • **Be available for overtime and events outside regular hours**.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, knowledge of cleaning procedures, and proficiency in MS Applications. Previous experience as a caretaker or in a related field is advantageous, along with practical skills in building maintenance.
