Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Morden Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the team, promoting best practice and ensuring the highest standards of childcare are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursery team, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification and managerial experience.
