Senior Sous Chef Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Parogon. As a vital member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with our Head Chef and General Manager to deliver exceptional culinary experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and creativity.
  • Ensure seamless kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £14 per hour, with a total potential package of £45,000 per year.
  • A super achievable bonus up to 10% of your basic salary, approximately £3,000 per year.
