Service Delivery Manager

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in a tech Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-customer environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
