Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Structural Quality Assurance Specialist to become a vital part of our organization at Sisco Jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the integrity and compliance of structural elements and materials throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform thorough inspections, evaluations, and tests to detect any flaws or discrepancies from the established project standards.
  • Work closely with project leaders, engineers, and construction teams to resolve quality-related challenges and implement necessary corrective measures.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 13 years of proven experience in structural quality assurance and control.
  • In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes and industry standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Relevant certifications or training in quality assurance/control processes will be regarded as advantageous.

Additional Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in lead generation and management. Strong negotiation capabilities with a proven track record of closing deals. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Proficient in overseeing the complete sales cycle from initiation to conclusion. Capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
