We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our team. As a Workshop Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the workshop team, ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the workshop team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the workshop team, transport department, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of workshop activities, including vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on workshop activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering parts and supplies, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining accurate records of training and certifications.
  • Quality Control: Assist with quality control processes, including inspecting vehicles and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a workshop or maintenance environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
