Salary: Basic salary £32 - 36k dependent on experience

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time hours per week plus overtime

Purpose of the role:

Our service team supports hospitals, clinics, and beauty salons throughout the UK and internationally. As a Field Service Engineer, you will ensure that Lynton equipment is maintained in excellent working condition through scheduled maintenance visits, repair call-out visits, and new product installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality technical service, including routine maintenance and repair call-out support for Lynton's customers.
  2. Perform maintenance checks, such as electrical testing and optical alignment, across the entire product range.
  3. Record keeping and completion of all associated test and inspection sheets, conforming with Medical Devices Regulations.
  4. Delivery and collection of products to support sales demonstrations and/or trade exhibitions.
  5. Create a positive customer experience and maintain excellent communication.

Essential Experience:

Technical field service or other engineering/maintenance-related position.

Qualifications/Training:

Science/Engineering degree, Full UK driving license.
