## Job Title: Insurance Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and willing individual to join our Protection team in Leicester as an Insurance Administrator.

### Job Summary

As an Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently processing tasks and documents to support the managerial team and other colleagues. You will be working with online systems to log notes and complete tasks on cases, as well as performing general office administration, post, and answering phones.

### Key Responsibilities

* Chasing Insurance Providers and Solicitors to obtain updates for clients
* Using online systems to log all notes and complete tasks on cases
* General office administration, post, and answering phones
* Knowledge of Word and Excel
* Excellent computer skills

### Benefits

* Attractive basic salary of up to £24k depending on experience + bonus with OTE £26,000

### Working Hours

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday between 09:00-17:30. Once probation has been passed, there is an option to work alternative weeks 08:00-16:30 and 09:00-17:30, and potentially up to 2 days per week at home.
