About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced SACT Oncology Nurse to join a highly reputable state-of-the-art private hospital based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for an Oncology Nurse to join their passionate and enthusiastic oncology team on a permanent basis. The role will be working within a vibrant and modern purpose-built dedicated oncology and haematology unit. The team are passionate about providing high-quality person-centred care to each and every individual patient and are looking for a like-minded Oncology Nurse to join them. This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse with experience working in Oncology, to join a forward-thinking and growing organisation with excellent career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced oncology environment
  2. Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments
  3. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  4. Develop and implement individualised care plans
  5. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
  6. Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  1. NMC registered with no restrictions
  2. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  3. At least 1 year experience working in Oncology in the UK
  4. UKONS accredited SACT administration is essential
  5. Cannulation and venepuncture trained
  6. Ideally experience using central lines
  7. Excellent communication skills
