Job Title: Head of Operations and Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Plasmor Ltd, the UK's leading independent Concrete Building and Paving Block manufacturer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our engineering discipline and driving efficiency in our production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical systems to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of process and equipment measurements to inform operating conditions and parameters.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge and advancements in engineering systems.
  • Apply problem-solving skills and creative thinking to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial awareness and product appreciation.
