**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team at Tesco Partners. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in enhancing our products by identifying and documenting requirements, contributing to design, executing business acceptance testing, and supporting workarounds.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage colleague help tickets that are triaged to tier 2 in a timely manner, providing feedback to tier 1 agents to increase their knowledge, end users to stop tickets being raised, and product teams for product improvements.
- Support Product Managers by attending meetings and liaising with the relevant teams, such as policy, reward, and other product areas, to ensure work plans are understood and requirements are gathered.
- Review or write test scripts, feeding back any gaps or opportunities for improving ways of working.
- Carry out structured and ad hoc testing, raising defects on JIRA, understanding the root cause of issues identified, and putting improvements in place to reduce re-occurrence.
- Champion the landing of product changes through writing, maintaining, and updating colleague help guides, executing manual workarounds as short-term solutions, gathering feedback from end users, and measuring effectiveness of change against product OKRs.
- Continuously develop own professional learning and capability, utilizing training, networks, and the latest thinking in this field.
- Good planning, organizing, and prioritization.
- Customer-focused with good stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of product management and life cycle, document writing, confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
