Associate Director

We're looking for a skilled Associate Director to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our product management team, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our products by identifying and documenting requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to product design and execution, ensuring business acceptance testing and supporting workarounds.
- Manage colleague help tickets, providing feedback to tier 1 agents and end users to increase knowledge and reduce ticket raises.
- Support Product Managers by attending meetings and liaising with relevant teams to ensure work plans are understood and requirements are gathered.
- Review or write test scripts, feeding back gaps or opportunities for improving ways of working.
- Carry out structured and ad hoc testing, raising defects on JIRA and understanding root cause of issues identified.
- Champion the landing of product changes through writing, maintaining, and updating colleague help guides.
- Good planning, organizing, and prioritization skills.
- Customer-focused with good stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of product management and lifecycle, document writing, and confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
