Key Responsibilities- Live within easy commuting distance of our estate
- Provide warm, friendly, and organized support to residents, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
- Manage the security of the development, overseeing the Care and Support teams
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development
- Drive growth in skills and lead by example, thinking on their feet
- Make a positive difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.93 per hour (day rate) and £12.18 per hour (sleeping night rate)
- Additional pay for working midnight Friday to midnight Sunday
