Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel. As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests as they enter the outlets with a smile and a clear greeting.
  • Escort guests to the table, present menu, show buffet, describe specials, and beverage list, and use available knowledge to exceed guests' expectations.
  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
  • Assist in opening and procedures in the outlets.
  • Assist with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing, equipment, and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.
