Role Overview:
The Timber Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes and production lines for a premium selection of timber products. The key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising production teams to ensure optimal efficiency and output.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in quality, operational functionality, supplier value, health and safety standards, and teamwork.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and health and safety protocols.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S) and relevant health and safety qualifications (IOSH & NEBOSH) are preferred.
