Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and profitability through effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
* Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
* Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
Requirements:
* 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
