Job Overview
As a key member of the Zachary Daniels team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic fashion retail store in Cheshire Oaks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling budgets, driving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the store meets and exceeds performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
