We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service and repair needs
  • Produce accurate job cards and update customer records
  • Prepare and complete invoices for services rendered
  • Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive aftersales environment
  • Ability to upsell on service work and service plans
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with motor dealership database software
